Mental Health Review Tribunal

Patients who wish to apply to a Mental Health Review Tribunal will be entitled, in most cases, to free Legal Aid for representation at that particular tribunal.

Please see List of Advocates who are accredited to undertake Mental Health Tribunal work. You will need to contact one of them to discuss applying for legal aid or the hospital will advise you how to apply.
